We hope that youĀ loveĀ yourĀ Golden Luxe Jewellery,Ā however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with if returned to us in itsĀ original, unaltered conditionĀ withinĀ 14 daysĀ from when you received it.
Kindly note, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for pierced jewellery/ earrings.
180 Day Colour &Ā 60 Day BreakageĀ Warranty
You get 180 days warranty on stainless steel jewellery if the colour tarnishes and 60 days for stainless steel, sterling silver and brass jewellery for any breakages, loss of stones or quality issues.
You'll beĀ refunded inĀ full or we can send youĀ a replacement.Ā

Care Tips
- Your jewellery should be the last thing you put on when getting ready and the first thing you take off at the end of your day. Avoid sleepingĀ in your jewellery
- Avoid wearing yourĀ jewelleryĀ in the shower, pool, sauna, steam room or jacuzzi as exposure to chemicals may tarnish or cause wear to your item
- StoreĀ jewellery separately to avoid scratching
- Wipe away dirt with a jewellery cloth. Dirt and oil buildup will temporarily darken your jewellery
- Our jewelleryĀ is delivered in either ourĀ jewellery pouches or jewellery boxes, theseĀ are the best place to store your pieces when they're not being worn
- Avoid storing your jewellery in the bathroom
- Exposure to certain chemicals may compromise the integrity of your jewellery. Allow perfumes, lotions and hair care products to absorb before wearing your jewellery
- Cleaning your jewellery regularly will maintain their longevity. To clean, buff gently with a jewellery cloth or dry cloth rather than cotton or microfibre cloth

All styles are hypoallergenic, nickel, lead free and won't turn your skin green!

Stainless Steel
Most of our jewellery is made using a base metal of Stainless Steel. Stainless Steel isĀ resilient to waterĀ so it will notĀ tarnish orĀ rust. Stainless steel jewelleryĀ is water resistant, however, over time the plating can begin to go dull and lose it's colour, ifĀ you follow our jewellery care tips, your jewellery can last you YEARS.
Sterling SilverĀ
A lot ofĀ our HuggieĀ Hoop Earrings and Ear Cuffs are Sterling Silver, gold plated. Gold plated jewellery can lastĀ aroundĀ two years before the gold plating begins to tarnish and wear down. However, ifĀ you follow our jewellery care tips,Ā the length of time can be much longer.
Brass
Some of our charms from our Charm Bar have a brass base metal, ifĀ you follow our jewellery care tips, these pieces can last you a long time.
