Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your order.

When will I receive my first box?

At the point of Subscribing you will be charged for your first box, your first box will be dispatched when the next round of boxes are due. Thereafter, payments will be taken on the 1st of every other month. All boxes are sent out at the same time.

Can I cancel my Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel, pause or skip anytime after your second box via your subscription account.

Can I purchase a one-off box?

Unfortunately not, I have such a limited number of these boxes available and a much higher number of people on the wait list.

Can I swap or return pieces in my box?

Subscription boxes are non refundable & pieces can not be exchanged.
