Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item or if the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings or ear cuffs unless faulty.

Return Shipping
All customers are responsible for the delivery costs associated with the item return. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost item, therefore, we advise you use a recorded method of posting the item back to us. The delivery fee of the item sent for return belongs to the customer.
